2008 Dues Payment Form for UCGIS Members

Note: You must have received an Invoice statement with an Invoice Number
( e.g. 2008M063) prior to paying your
dues. The Dues payment process
will be completed in two steps.
Step one: Enter your Invoice Number (If you do not have your invoice
number, click here to have an email with the information sent to your lead
delegate or send an email to Jack Sanders,

Step two: Payment of your dues with a credit card (VISA, MC, AmEx,
Discover) through the secure credit card processing network, VERISIGN/PayPal.
If you receive the error message "
Communication Error, Transaction Voided", please contact Dick Campbell our
Web Administrator at
webmaster@ucgis.org or
call 410-553-6941 . Provide your telephone, email address and Invoice NO.
