UCGIS 2017 Symposium

The 2017 UCGIS Symposium will be held Tuesday May 23 - Thursday May 25, 2017, in Arlington, VA at the Hyatt Hotel.  The theme is CyberGIS and Diverse Partnerships for Geospatial Workforce Development, and as a special component, we will hold a related Summer School during the week before. As is customary, we will also have workshops available for participants on Monday May 22.  


An annual celebration of GIS.  Occurs each November during Geography Awareness Week.  

UCGIS 2015 Symposium

Join us at our 2015 Symposium as we celebrate UCGIS's 20th anniversary!  We will pursue our theme this year, GIScience Knowledge to Action, by engaging with many geospatial leaders from the world of Federal government, non-profit organizations, and academia.  Be inspired by our speakers, contribute and participate actively during our sessions, and enjoy the collegial camaraderie of being with your GIScience peers and colleagues.
